Once you pull out the climate control it's an easy DIY replacement.  When you're removing the CC be careful of the washers that are behind the mounting tabs of the CC.  I.E., don't just pull out the screw or the washer/spacer will fall down into the center tunnel abyss.  Have a magnetic pickup tool, or similar, handy so that you can place it by the washer as you pull the screw out.

WRT the bulb, it's just a simple 1/4 bulb like the ones on the IC.  0.9w IIRC
