I am preparing to do the install of the GP HID's.  Thanks to Lino for the
good photos and words showing how painless the install can be.   Only one
issue remains.  I have the Euro headlights with the H1 low beam bulb.  I
have to pick up a ground inside the headlight assembly for the HID
electronics.  It appears that the ground on the existing H1 is a crimped
assembly on the bulb holder assembly.  Anyone doing the install have
suggestions where exactly to get a good ground (the brown wires in the
headlight) to attach to the black HID connector?

 

In an unrelated issue, I am preparing to really go down the slippery slope
with plans to go with the MRC "RS2" chip, Lucas-Delphi injectors,
Centerforce clutch  and a yet to be chosen turbo.  What is the collective
opinion of the best options instead of the $$$ RS-2 turbo.  I already have
the RS2 EM installed and would like to go plug and play.  I remember a
thread on the Garrett-KKK hybrids, the ball bearing GT28R, etc.  I want to
maintain decent drivability.  The CBR 6 speed is also on the list and I'm
looking for a source for that too.
