[s-cars] Sequential Turbocharging

I don't have any first hand experience, but back in the days
that I tooled around in my rorty RX7's I remember keeping a
close eye on a tuner called Peter Farrell of Peter Farrell
Supercars. I think he was best known for tuning the early 90's
1300 cc 13B Twin Turbo Rotary rockets to some ungodly amount.
If I remeber correctly he (and seemingly other Wankel tuners)
dispensed of the sequential turbo set-up in favor a much
bigger hairdryer.  I use to know a guy who worked there,
haven't spoken to him in years but I'll see what I can find
out.  Still have a softspot for hummers (Easy Pizzo, that's an
alias for a rotary engine).
