[s-cars] Weird Radio Antics.. HELP!!!

Does anyone radio on their S4/S6 do this??? If I recall the radio
anti-theft light should only blink when the ignition is off. But for
some reason my car, after a new ignition switch, the radio anti-theft
light blinks with the ignition on and the radio off. From what i
remember thats not normal. When the radio is turned on with the ignition
on or off, the light is of course off. Can anyone shed some light on
what to do to reset it or fix it? Cause from what i know the radio
should only blink when ignition is off and car is locked! HELP HELP!!
