nothing unique about this.  almost every car i've owned with
rear disc brakes requires you to screw the piston back in.
you can buy the tool pretty easily.  mine is just a little
disc with two nubs on it for engaging the notches in the piston.
it has a hole in it for a 3/8" square drive.  lisle sells them 
in  different sizes - probably available at your FLAPS.  i may
be misremembering, but doesn't the audi use the same tool
as ford for screwing the piston back in?
