[s-cars] Washer Reservior leak

Hey Paul,

The washer fluid containers usually go at some point, generally it's the
seam that cracks.

Contrary to the generally occurring leak in the bottom seam, mine
decided to split along the side seam about halfway up. You can repair
the leak with liquid rubber or a semi-flexible epoxy rated for outdoor
use, but repairs typically only last for 12-24 months.
