FWIW  ~ though I haven't tried this yet.
I've thought to stock up on an extra tire off ebay to have on hand for a
dilemma such as you have.. i.e. one tire trashed the others mostly newish.
Butofcourse as with everything off ebay its crapshoot risk reward thing.
