Jim,

Before you introduce another variable, have you tried switching the injector
wires?  I know you've swapped injectors, but is there enough slack to swap
the electrical connections?

Thanks Fred,

I have swapped coil packs and now, every coil I own has new boots on it. The
plugs are new and I have tried moving the plugs around to different
cylinders
with no help. Yesterday I checked out the wiring from the ECU to the POS and
everything was good. Maybe I have a brand new bad coil or the spare coil
pack
also has a bad #4 coil. What are the chances of that?
