[s-cars] Toyo Tires - T1-R or T1-S

Manny,

I've had a couple of sets of the T1-S. They're great tires, very good grip
and lightweight. The T1-S had an issue with premature shoulder wear and
significant noise development over time.

The replacement is supposed to be a better tire.
