[s-cars] Importing car from Canada - HELP!

I heard through the grapevine that someone here on the S-car list did or 
tried to import a Coupe Quattro with a 20vt engine.

I am trying to do the same.  Any help on how to do this?  I am getting a 
different answer from everyone I talk to. 

I looked through 6 months of archives and did not see anything.
