[s-cars] Was bad CPS?, now bad crank pulley and balancer confirmed

Glad to hear you got it sorted, but $500 to replace the water pump? You
could get away with not changing it, but if they adjusted the belt too
tight, the pump will fail prematurely. Based on your experience with
this dealer, I wouldn't be surprised if they over tightened the t-belt.
The part is like $60 and the labour to do this at this point is maybe 15
minutes, 30 minutes tops if they have to scrape off old sealer and
that's being generous.
