[s-cars] Serpentine Belt popped - do I need to take the front endoff?

Paul;
In addition to the other listers' comments, pull off the t-belt cover and
look inside for fragments of your s-belt. When my s-belt failed it jammed a
bunch of belt bits inside the t-belt cover. You really don't want a chunk of
s-belt getting between the t-belt and the crank pulley.

Subject: [s-cars] Serpentine Belt popped - do I need to take the front
endoff?
Hello chaps,
My serpentine belt has just snapped - 110k miles.
I've looked through the archives, and I've found lots of reference to
replacing the S-belt at the same time as the T-belt (there's a great
write-up from Fred Munro), but nothing about replacing the T-belt on its
own.
Do I need to remove headlights, crossmember, etc.?
Should I do the T-belt while I'm in there (10k miles early?).
Can I leave the S-belt tensioner, or should I replace it?
Thanks,
Paul
