[s-cars] Pirelli PZero Nero M&S

I struggled between the Kumho ASX's and the Pirelli Pzeros when I bought my
last set of tires for the S4 (225/45/17).  I went with the ASX's and I must
say that they are a good 3 season tire but I am pretty disappointed with the
snow performance last year.  I actually spun my S4 twice, something I had
never done in the previous 70k miles I had driven it.  I don't really know
why, but they just weren't that good in the snow.  It may be because most of
our "snows" in the Denver area last year had a substantial ice
undercoating...I don't know.  I am really looking for an all season that is
as good as the old BF Goodrich Comp T/A VR4s were.  Best damn all around
tire I ever owned and they discontinued it.  I think the combo of a super
stiff sidewall for dry handling and a great tread pattern for snow/wet were
what made those Comp T/A VR4s so good.

I have them on the BMW 530 and really like them.  Have lasted well and have
good traction in wet and dry.  They don't wear as fast as the Conti Contacts
we had on the car before.  I have Kumho Exsta ASX on the UrS6 and they are a
decent tire for the money.  I think when these go I will pony up a little
extra for the PZero's though.
