No, I just don't understand. Are slots for grip or dust or both or what? Also I would like to know if I've been running around with my rotors on backwards for the past eight years ;)

So you think Brembo got it wrong?

Hey guys, I helped a friend put a new set of brembo slotted rotors on his
Evo the other night and he just emailed me saying that we installed the
going the wrong way. I thought that the inside of the slot should contact
the pad first so that the dust would be drawn to the outside. Is this wrong?
Brembo says the outside needs to hit the pad first?? Thanks for any input.
