[s-cars] Hose Clamp on Fuel Pressure Regulator

I've never bought a special hose clamp...I have always used worm clamps on
everything and I can't recall ever having a problem.

I used the proper one-time-use clamps made by Oetiker. The worm drive
clamps don't work that well at small diameters because the tend to
deform.
