[s-cars] Help with my never ending water leak....

over the last year ive gotten tons of help with this but i still have
the leak...

today i only ask a single question,i was looking for the leak and this
came up:

on the passenger side floor coming down right under the ECU and making
its way to the rear of the car,right next to the wiring,is a hard black
rubber hose,its very stiff and i cant tell where it comes from or where
its going or whats in it

can anyone help?
