Fellow S-Heads,
I tested my boost track again and have found a huge leak. I think this is where the PCV valve is located but I'm not sure. Bentley calls one of these components a "Check Valve". It gets inserted in an assembly of rubber bits and clamped together with the one time clamps seen in my pixs below. Is this 'Check Valve' what is commonly referred to as a PCV valve in audi-speak?
The Bentley diagram shows another piece it calls the "Evaporative Emission (EVAP) canister purge regulator valve -N80", is this what could also be commonly reffered to as a 'PCV valve' or is it the former, both or neither? When I went to the dealer and asked for a PCV valve, they gave me something that looks more like the aforementioned "check valve", with a part number 035 103 245A, but the part description on sticker on the bag does say "PCV Valve".
I am also looking for a source of the tool that allows removal and crimping of these one-time clamps. This location is tight to get to, so I've been thinking this might be a good place to use them, assuming the tool is small enough to move around in there.
On a related note, when I capped off the throttle body and Idle Control Valve, as well as the crancase breather, to test the rest of the intake tract I could hear a very small leak, somewhere around the Waste Gate Frequency Valve. It was so small I have not been able to pinpoint it. I am fairly certain it is not coming from the tester connection at the MAF to Turbo inlet hose. I felt around with my fingers and could not detect a leak. I also tried soapy water, but that didn't help either. What seemed odd was that the leak was more pronounuced between 7-10 psi, above 10 psi I could not hear it, but as the pressure dropped and hit 10 psi, I could hear it again. Any ideas?
Here is a link to the pictures I have posted on AW

And yes, I think several of my intake plugs shot across the driveway into the neighbors yard about half a dozen times (10-15 psi was all I was able to get in there), and each time it still sscared the crap out of me.
TIA,
