[s-cars] Turbo dismount BTDT...

Once I get my used turbo, and take my current one for rebuild (any
suggestions on a place that'll do a top-notch job on a rebuild?), I want to
swing the wrenches myself.  Anybody got a BTDT for doing the job such that
parts aren't broken, damaged or otherwise rendered wallet-draining?  And I
suppose I'll need gaskets and stuff?

Any clues for the clueless?
