Steve: You are a good man but obviously a sucker for punishment. I thought about running a GB on these for the Canadians about six weeks ago but decided it was too much work. Instead I ran a local (BC/Alberta) group buy and encouraged James Murray, etc. to run a GB in their areas. Things went very smoothly with BB. Keep up the good work. Dave F.
