[s-cars] O2 Sensor Replacement?

I just purchased an oxygen sensor (#13019) for my S6.
 
Are any special tools needed to replace it?  I'm assuming that there  isn't 
too much involved in replacing it.  I'll apply some high temp  anti-seize when 
I install the new one.
 
I guess that I'm still running the original one (@ 81k miles) so it is  
probably time for replacement.
 
The last couple of months my idle has slowly deteriorated (especially now  
when I turn on the AC).  I'm also replacing the spark plugs (I found Dave's  
write up on AW).  Note that I had my mechanic replace the spark plug  connectors 
last year.
