Greg,

You'll find some good information among the trash in the
audiworld forums by doing a search.  Probably some
photos in there as well.

The whole idea of this procedure is to not have to go
through the timing belt replacement stuff, so you can
access the top part comfortably to change the CPS
without disassembling too much.

You must be comfortable that the t-belt remains in place
on the crankshaft sprocket as well as on the camshaft
sprocket to use this procedure, so a second pair of hands
from someone who understands exactly what you are
doing is helpful to keep the t-belt in place and help get it
back on.
