Chuck,

I think you are correct, other than that looks like three view of the  
same
end of the steering hose.  That success story with Spokane HOH has been
repeated many times, mostly with the brake hose which is about $450  
at the
dealer.  The steering hose should about half that, so the HOH  
solution is still
a savings, just not as much in the unbelievable range.

You will need to be resourceful, ambidextrous, and double-jointed to  
get the
end off the rack, but it can be done.  The dealer can supply the o- 
rings for the
banjo fittings on each end, so you won't need to worry about the sizes.
