[s-cars] FP Problem?

Hi Y'all,

Put in a new Bosch fuel pump this morning.  Did some checking.  There 
is power to the pump electrical connector.  The plumbing is 
reconnected.  Cranking the engine for 30 seconds gave a no-start.

How long should it take for the new pump to repressurize the fuel 
system and get fuel to the injectors?  Do I have a problem or am I 
just impatient?
