Not having the time to re-dyno after the IC, I can only give you
anecdotal tales of post-intercooler install. In CO, I would get some
occasional hesitation (either failing coil or pinging) at full boost
(26 psi). After the IC install, the majority of that was eliminated,
plus I was seeing slightly higher boost (the software uses intake
temps to regulate boost/fuel).

Here at sea level, the care is a whole new beast. We have been getting
a lot of rain, and the other day with a little water on the road, I
could spin all four tires after shifting into 2nd. Fun. My oil temps
are more constant, and the boost is much more stable. I get the same
boost during every pull. My boost would decrease slightly with each
subsequent pull pre-IC in CO.

These results are completely unscientific and in varying conditions so
take with a large salt-lick; however, I am extremely happy with my
setup that Dave found the parts and sources for. I had done numerous
things to my stock IC setup to try to increase turbulent airflow, but
none made much difference.

Cheers,
Brian
