Holy Smoke! I can confirm these "Mooses" are no laughing matter aside from
Moose and Squirrel that is.
That said; well maybe they are.  
Seems a buddy of mine Dave and his friend on the annual fishing trip to
Canada a few years ago had the "rent a civic" and plowed into a late night
road moose at 50mph.  The moose came though the windshield ass end first
landing in the lap of passenger Dave butt quickly made like a hockey player
and got the puck out of there fast.  Dave too was rather startled but even
more so when he discovered that before making his hasty exit the moose had
dropped a load of moose chips in his lap.  (I hate it when that happens.)
So, now they're in the middle of Canada at 11 oclock at night with no
windshield.  What the heck, the car still drives so they press on only to
quickly learn that there are so many bugs hitting them in the face that the
only solution is to wrap towels around their heads leaving only there eyes
exposed.  Two guys, smashed Civic, middle of Canada, middle of night, towels
wrapped around their heads, covered in Moose doo... now there's a mind
picture.
