[s-cars] Hardwired V1

Chris-
If you build an enclosure, I would take a sunroof switch panel and heavily
modify it to fit
the V1- you'll have to build windows front and rear for the detector. I
don't know how you'll
be able to make the "window" facing rearward to look anything like OEM,
although you could
probably do it if you did put an LED compass display up there like some
Chrysler minivans
have in the ceiling.

I know that there are places that will build a custom V1 mirror, but I'm
talking $3000 or something
stupid like that. I've seen articles in car stereo mags a few years ago with
such a thing- it wasn't
the display only, it was the whole detector, disassembled and mounted in the
rearview mirror
of a Ferrari.
