[s-cars] North of the Border Purchase Gone Bad

G'day:

 

Hoping I might get some sage advice or perhaps somebody north of the border
owns a construction company.  A buddy of mine purchased (well he paid for
them anyway) some S8 seats to fit into his A8 from an individual in Canada.
This transaction occurred in October and to date he has nothing to show for
it except some BS e-mail responses.

 

Anyway, I told him I'd post out here and perhaps somebody can give some
advice on how best to approach this matter, legally or otherwise.  As you
can imagine, the $$ involved are not insignificant.
