Folks,

Now seems as good as time as any to ask:

Are there any circumstances where a car making less boost could make more hp
than a car making more boost?

I have tried to think this through but it makes my head hurt.

Some ways I can think of to help a motor with lower boost would be porting
and polishing, angled valve job and a stroker, but what else?
