[s-cars] New motor mounts

As a one time engine mount designer for GM, the two mounts may have the
same steel inserts, but different rubber compounds. This could account
for the two different part numbers. Engine mount compound tuning is very
important to the ride control engineers, but for the untuned butt it's
not all that important in an older car. Each mount has a specific spring
rate and damping factor, but if all of the other rubber bushings are
shot, it's not that critical.
