Chris:  Get rid of the 1.9 bar spring, at least for now.  Uncle Bob's software is VERY aggressive and unless you are lucky, it will normally cause pinging (IME).  Just on the software alone, I got 28 psi until I adjusted my VMAP down to 2.8 bar.  I eventually went to Mihnea's software and 3.0 bar VMAP setting and stock WG spring.  Max about 24 psi but little or no pinging.   

I have been running the 1.9 bar WG spring lately and found that it will help Mihnea's software to hit 28 psi (or higher).  Your combination of Pastore software and the 1.9 bar spring is like lighting the fuse on a bomb and waiting for it to blow up.  And your bomb has 248,000 miles on its precious old clock.

Cut the blue wire (and get rid of either the spring or the software).

Just my opinion. (I am running my 1.9 bar spring with the screw ALL the way out and it is still hitting some wicked boost numbers (and I have the TDS-1 so I can see the max for a few seconds after the fact).
