You don't need a new downpipe take it to a good muffler shop that has a
mandrel bender.  Done in 60 minutes for $70.  See my pics:

I hit a rock and flattened the downpipe on my UrS6 last weekend.  At least
it's after the split, so half the exhaust is getting flow.  Anyone have a
