[s-cars] Need a stock downpipe

not bad.  the heat shields on my downpipe are pretty rusty and falling
apart.  i'm about ready to cut them off so they don't rattle any more.
i'm not sure whether to wrap them in header tape or just leave them bare.

did you also fix the leak?  looks like something's leaking a lot of oil.
