You actually see 10psi by 3k rpm?  That's not bad for a big  turbo.  Remind 
me of the specs... it is a 35R with an 82mm comp  wheel?  Does it use the 68mm 
turbine wheel?  And what turbine  housing?
 
Hopefully for Hap, his displacement increase will be enough to eliminate  
surge, but I have my doubts.  I guess time will tell.
