[s-cars] G28 engine speed sensor

Fuel pump is new and works.
FP relay may be bad but the car still will not start while "jumpering" relay
I have fuel.  I had to replace pump with 1/2 full (half empty at this
point) tank
Michelin Man and other hoses upgraded to samco (most recent gb).
It ran fine before no-start.  couple of CEL flashes and power cut outs
before failure (which          led me to CPS replacement)
