While you have the cams out just replace the valve seals, they are only 
a few bucks each...

Seriously, is it like the NA 20v where you have to remove at least one 
cam?  If so, I wouldn't bother.  Them there chains last well over 200k.

Please excuse me.  I am a newby to the /turbo'd /20v engines...
