Friend of mine here is selling his 2000 //S4 sedan, only 57k.  Silver /
blk leather, comprehensive, tastefully, and conservatively modded, I
think the car is perfect.  $17500 to 19000 range is my guess.  Car was @
//SFest 2003 - he won the Ronal R8 gift cert., they're on it now and
look sic with it lowered.
