1. If you get sporadic codes on a sensor, like the G28, it may be 
a sign that the sensor is on its way out (old age, wear, etc). 
However, it may also be triggered by some other sensor, as bad 
readings can cascade. If the G28 is original, it might be time 
to replace it.

2. The Lambda (O2) sensor out of range may be triggered by the 
misfire, as the too rich/lean condition causes the O2 sensor to
go out of range. I don't think it would kill the sensor, but 
that's a guess.  Fix the misfire, clear the codes, then see if 
the O2 sensor code returns.
