Drumroll - - FUEL PUMP.  I have power at the pump, but the pump will not
run.  Ground at the pump is fine.  Now, who else needs gas for their
mower as I try to syphen the tank empty?  Igor, how many cans are you
bringing?

(thanks for the link), and report after the experience.
