[s-cars] Time for fans and horns

I think the horn effectiveness also varies depending on how the horns are
mounted.

I have a pair of the German Hella Supertones in the STi in the stock horn
mount location, which is right behind the grille (you can see the horns
through the grille). With the stock wiring and stock relays (unlike Audi,
looks like a lot of Japanese cars relay stuff), the horns are f'ing loud.

I've gotten very good results with these horns- they have a very piercing
annoying high-pitched sound- like a very loud and angry Japanese horn, if
that's possible to imagine.

I plan on redoing my horn install in the Miata and running quad Supertones
behind the front bumper.
