There are a few pitfalls if you've never done this before:
1) You need to remove a couple of studs in the center of the cover to get it
off. They don't look like they need to come off. If you are trying to
force the cover off, something is wrong.
2) The half-circle rubber plug on the back of the engine is notorious for
leaking oil. What has worked well for me was coating its periphery with RTV
gasket maker before assembling everything.
3) If you don't know about the spark plug unscrewing tendency, re-torque the
plugs a few times after the job, maybe at several-hundred mile intervals.
After a few retightenings (for mine, at least) they tend to stay put).
