[s-cars] flywheel/clutch recommendations

Fellow S-Heads,
 
Just found out from my mechanic that I'm missing a tooth on the ring
gear on my flywheel, which is playing tricks on the ECU at anything
above idle.  While everything is apart, I was thinking of installing a
lightweight flywheel and new clutch after 167k miles.  I know 2Bennett
has kits available but I am looking for any recommendations or BTDT?  
 
FYI, the car has RS2 turbo, EM, stromung, and MRC stage 3 software.
