could be true about the tranny although two of the cars that we had
experienced this problem and WAS directly attributed to power shift from
first to second. One was an S 4 at an Audi sale is DC. I had checked out
the car myself prior to the sale, bought it and found the problem the same
day after the sale. The other happened after the boyfriend was seen
hammering his girlfriend's S4. Unfortunatly for him, Dad is the one who saw
him.
