Replacing the rusted parts or the entire exposed part of the three line with
generic by the foot fuel line will probably be much less trouble than
replacing the line with OEM, BTDT. Or, my preferred one, at each clip
replace 4 inch of each line with rubber fuel line. A bit more trouble as you
have to dremel all rubber clips to fit the larger OD but this one will never
rust.

Last but not least of the options, if the lines are not leaking and seems to
have a decent thickness of metal left, sanding and POR-15ing them will
probably save the lines for another few years.

Any of these options is less than 50$ and probably less than 2 hours. Now,
if you want a perfect job, the first option is probably a bit more as you'll
need a tube straightener and a tube bender.

I have the apparently common rust scaling on my fuel lines at the rubber
clips. I was at the dealer today and on a whim I decided to ask how much
they were. He quoted me $292.81 for the set of three. I was expecting a
lot more than that. Is that really a decent price or can I do better for
not a lot more trouble?

-Cheers!
Mike
