Seems about right.

You only have 2 other options; one, make your own or two, splice in a rubber
fuel grade hose.

I did the latter and it's still holding strong after 2 years.

Don't quote me, but I'm pretty sure the fuel hard lines are 8 m OD which is
damn close to 5/16" and 5/16" ID fuel hose is very common. I used this plus
some of those double ear crimp clamps.
