[s-cars] Stromung in the rain

YES... I have the same issue.  Mine gets much louder in the rain and I
can hear the RS2 turbo spool clear as a bell as well.  I think part of
my problem is that the hanger mount near the cat has broken.  I have
had it fixed twice but it keeps breaking there.  :-(
