Peter,

I fit a can of Pentosin 11S and a small tool kit where the cd changer lives. My changer does not have any sort of mounting bracketry, don't know if it's supposed to, as it was this way when I got it. I wrap the changer in a few layers of the thicker bubble wrap with the small tool kit wedges between it and the storage area cover. The 11S fits back against the tailight housing. Hmm, I'll try to fit some coolant in there too and see what happens.

Question for the Avant owners....

There's a big difference in the 200 wagon , with considerable storage
on either side of the cargo area,  compared to the S6 wagon.
The S6 has the 3rd row seat, there's a cd changer in the left side
panel, and part of the Bose system in the right.

The Mrs wants to keep the 3rd seat area clean...

Any BTDTs in finding some storage area for the "normal" consumables
(can of pentosin, brake fluid, coolant, etc) or even a small tool kit?

I am seriously considering pulling the working cd changer ( using an
iPod with the head unit) and pulling the Bose speakers in the cargo area....
