This brings up an interesting problem that I have with my door locks, and
your significant other may be experiencing the same thing.

When I use my key to lock the doors, it can be super-sticky. At times, so
hard to turn the key that it seems like the lock is broken or the key might
break. Sometimes, though, the key will work no problems whatsoever.

Being the lazy bastard that I am, I've not tried to lube the lock or take
action to resolve the problem, I just always use the remote, which works
fine! LOL!

Yeah, yeah, I know, I need to fix it. ;-)
