Mark: I'd stick with the factory settings, but that is just me (and I'm
assuming that non of the suspension components have been modified, your car
lowered, etc).

I'd never go to the dealers around here (Colorado), but that's me. Not that
they are bad, it's just that I've found some other shops, particularly a
great imported auto parts place/tire shop that does basic work like
alignments. If you are in the Boulder/Denver area, it's called Imported Auto
Parts and they are on Pine St. in Boulder. I find them to be honest, fair
and decent folks. 

If you are not in Colorado, I'm sure there is a shop like them in your area,
too. As the list, your friends, etc.
