Home Depot, et al, sells them in the plumbing section.

3/4" pipe usually fits most 1/2" breaker bars and can be had in any 
length you desire.  You might break your bar, or socket or extension if 
using one, but the bar is more likely to bend if it comes down to that 
level of force.

I just undid some very permanent seeming truck lug nuts with a three 
foot pipe on my breaker bar.  No harm to anything.  Wear gloves and 
goggles, of course.  And a hockey mouthguard?
