Along with a number of other woes which have been solved (finally) my 
RS2ed urS6 has been having low boost problems.  It was getting only 
about 6-8 psig of boost maximum.  Engine running fine, just low low 
low boost.  As a test I disconnected the OEM downpipe from the rest 
of the exhaust system.  Boost came back.  After several weeks I 
finally got my new Stromung exhaust system in the car.

Word to the wise - find a hoist on which to do the job.  Jack stands 
under the car just don't cut the mustard making what should have been 
a few hours of work into a three day ordeal.

The result from replacing the OEM exhaust with blocked kitties is the 
reward of 26-28 psig max boost.  YEEEEHAAAA!
